I don't understand what's going on?
There is a lady that trained me with the job and I was thanking her everyday for training me. But she always keeps me telling me that the boss is saying that I’m making lots of mistakes and I need to watch out. She told me the boss said the same thing few weeks ago.

But what confused me is that I’m not making a mistake. The problem is that I’m not getting along with the co-workers because I think they are being unfair to some patients. If there is a patient that don’t speak English, they ignore them unless it’s their nationality. I want everybody to be helped and as quickly as possible. That’s why if I see someone sitting and waiting for a long time, I feel bad. I know it’s another woman’s job to ask people if they have appointment or not but if she’s not doing her job, I feel that it’s my responsibility to help these people that need help.

And that boss is complaining about me asking questions. I’m new to the job. I have been working for only a month and half, it’s not even two months yet. And this boss is always checking what I’m doing. I was gone for few minutes helping out a patient in another area. The boss thinks that I was taking a break so she cut an hour off from my work hours. I think that’s so unfair since all the co-workers take so many breaks and they don’t get write up because she don’t see what they are doing. But I get an hour off from my work hours because I was helping a patient.

I love the job but I don’t like the co-workers

Ah yes the wide eyed "new guy" faces the soul crushing reality of "business as usual". Welcome to the crap we all have to deal with in the working world. All I can say is, try to be better than those co-workers who ignore minorities, but try to fit in as best you can. You can only effect change in that workplace if you aren’t fired, right?

Looks like you may not stay long. It’s important to get along with your co-workers otherwise it’s just you waiting to change jobs. You will have to stick up for yourself and tell the manager what is up. Either way you may get fired or will leave because you hate them.

My suggestion is find another office or area in you town that has the same job. Like if it was a tattoo place, try and find another tattoo place. Otherwise talk to the boss and ask what you’re doing wrong. Find out what the co-workers are doing right and who the boss likes the best and try to do what they’re doing

they probably ignore the none native speaking patients because they have probably been working there awhile and they got used to it so saying they probably felt the same way you did but they realize that if you cant understand them you need dozens of dictionaries nearby
this confuses me as well
