What could this be? Strep Throat? Tonsillitis? Something else??
I am planning on going to the docs, but I wanted to get your diagnosis first.

Ok, it started about last week. I was waking up in te wee hours of the morning needing water. And when I did take a drink, it hurt my throat. That happened pretty much every day of the week. And yesterday, I woke up to massive pain in my throat! I lived thru the day, thinking I would be fine. But this morning, I just COULD NOT TAKE IT ANYMORE!!!!

I’m never hungry (it hurts to swallow ANYTHING), It hurts to drink water, it even hurts to swallow my own Sylvia (sorry, if that’s gross to you). I just CANNOT TAKE IT! I feel like ripping my throat out! Yesterday I had a small headache for about 10min.

What can it be? I am sick of feeling like this

open ur mouth wide and look down ur throat.
if you see 1 or 2 little sausage like things on either side of ur throat, its tonsils. if u see red with faint white stripes, its strep
