Sorry but that sounds like a ridiculous excuse. If you have no time then you have no time for a commitment.
Make the time. Join friends in outings. Join a dating site and log on when you can and chat and get to know people.
Unless you have time for an expensive divorce after you bring someone from overseas and find out she’s not what you wanted because you apparently had no time to get to know her.

It is a fairly time-consuming process that involves correspondence, at least one actual visit, and lots of immigration law. In that sense, the term mail order bride is misleading. You don’t just send away for them. Also, most of the sites concerning them are shilling for someone with services to sell. So you are in a Caveat Emptor situation at all times.
If money is no issue, flashing some money around should draw the homegrown women like flies in a lot shorter amount of time than it takes to do this.
